Good

The staff at the check-in reception were lovely. The location was great, just a short wall to main transport hubs.

The pillows were the most uncomfortable ever, offering no support to the head & neck. The apartment was very warm, the only way to cool it down was to open the windows, however outside was very noisy so this wasn't a good option during the night. The apartment was good, bit a little worn.

Very Good

The building is about a 5-minute walk from the main train station. The room was clean and quiet, even though there was a bar on the ground floor. Overall, the stay was okay.

Unfortunately, the lamp and TV in the living room were broken and wouldn’t turn on when we arrived. We emailed about it but didn’t get a response. Also, we happened to stay during some building renovations nearby, so the city view was blocked, but that wasn’t a big deal.

Value - money - great place

Clean, cosy, warm, very well located

Kitchen is fully equipped but would be good to add some very basic stuff for cooking- just some salt and pepper and some oil. For short stays - you can’t be expected to buy all of these for cooking just once or twice. Also, would be good to leave a flyer with the rules for separating the trash and instructions where to throw it as guests are expected to throw their garbage.

Lovely week in Oslo with great central apartment.

Lovely clean apartment with all the equipment you would find at home, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer etc Lovely and quiet didn’t hear others. Very central to walk to locations but the train and bus stations were very close also trams. There is a well stocked supermarket also reasonably priced next door to the apartment. Great for families or friends.

The only complaint was the pillows they were awful, we asked for extra ones which were swiftly provided and they helped a bit.

Good location, nice staff, get what you pay for.

The location was good and about a 5-10 minute walk from the train station and all other shops. Very cute set up and had everything we needed for our stay. Was somehow very warm despite it being -15 outside without radiators on. Really good value for money. Beds were really comfy.

Only 2 pillows on the bed so searched for more and there was only one spare. Sofa was quite uncomfortable and also had no extra pillows. Was a strange smell in the bathroom maybe coming through the vents? Also says no smoking inside but the hallway smelled of smoke every time you walked through it.

Good apartment

Everything was really clean and in good condition. Supermarket was close, rema 1000 is next door. Also public transport was close. We had good view from balcony. Stuff is cleaning apartment once in a week really good. Also stuff at reception were kind and helpful.

Building in front is a gym(?) and almost every morning at 7:30 they played really loud music. We were visiting Oslo for work and that was disturbing.

This is my second time staying, location is perfect and the apartment was spotless. Its a great base to see the city with all forms of transport on your doorstep as well as being able to walk really easily to a lot of the sights. we loved it

We had a good time in Oslo but would have enjoyed watching the TV in the evening if it had worked.

Good location. Nice apartment.

TV didn’t work the whole time ( we came to the office to tell about it the second day of our visit. and even though the staff promised four times to come and fix it , nobody came to fix it .

Convenient, cosy and great value

The apartment was very central, with a supermarket next door and it was close to all the main attractions and the train station. It was clean, modern, well presented and cosy, and great value for money. The underfloor heating in the bathroom felt like a real luxury and the flat was always warm.

The rain shower was hot and looked great, but it was clearly squeezed into the space and it was quite hard to move around inside it. There were a couple of small additions that would have helped, like extra pillows in the cupboard, a scourer or something to wash up with by the sink, oven gloves, and salt and pepper. There were some dodgy characters looking for people to pickpocket on Grosland, a street nearby. You get it in all cities but it’s something to watch out for.

Brilliant location near the city centre.

The apartment lock we stayed at was within easy walking distance of Oslo City Centre and the staff at the office were very helpful giving advice of how to get to the property with luggage, given the roads and paths were covered in ice and snow. The apartment was large, clean, dry and warm. The building was very quiet and felt very safe. I would certainly recommend the company.

Apartment could have done with a greater choice of pillows.

Good place for Oslo

Nice modern flat, very clean. Easy and flexible check-in/check-out. Good value for Oslo. Very easy to access walking from the train station and metro 5 min away

Everything looks great and modern but then it felt a bit like “minimum service”: No soap/shampoo for the shower: we usually don’t travel with that for a couple of days and that’s now standard in short term flats. Also nothing in terms of basic products (e.g. coffee, sugar…). The mattress was 10cm longer than the actual bed frame on both side and the mattress being very soft we almost fell out of bed a couple of times. Not comfortable! It should match the bed. And pillow were super soft and almost flat-for people who like it a bit more fluffy at least a second pillow should be available. Overall OK but little improvements could make it great!

Convenient, clean

Good size for the three of us

The beds were not put into twins like we had requested. The recycling was a bit tricky as we left first thing in the morning. The parking would be tricky if you were on your own because you would have had to park, get to the reception to pick up keys, go back to the car, find the car-park.

Great location, Clean apartment, fully equipped. Warm and welcoming staff.

The location was fantastic, 5 minute walk to central station.it was a fully equipped apartment, all amenities. Washing machine, dishwasher, hot water, lovely shower. Apartment was clean and warm, underfloor heating in the bathroom was a great touch after a long day sightseeing. Staff were so good to deal with, our hairdryer wouldn’t work so i messaged the team and within an hour we had a new hairdryer brought to our room.took a while to understand how the tv worked but found it eventually

We had a one bed apartment, double bed were very small more like two singles put together and covers looked to be too small for the double bed so kept coming off the bed throughout the night. Where we stayed we had one night with music and noise coming from next doors apartment. This started at 3:20am until 5am. We got no sleep that night so that was unfortunate.
